We are lucky to live in wonderful Wiltshire where there is such an abundant supply of locally produced and sustainably sourced quality ingredients.

We understand and appreciate the importance of supporting local farmers and producers. Our aim is to keep all our suppliers as local as possible, although we make an honorable exception for wine.
